Workout #9
Hey guys! I am officially back to the gym as of today. I did do a couple rope climbs and pull-ups yesterday but nothing more then that. So today requires some equipment so if you don't have it try to replace it with a body weight exercise. Also, if it's something you can't do or don't feel comfortable doing you can change or modify it. So here it is: Warm up- 800 meter row or 100 jacks 15 thrusters 15 renegade rows 15 burpees 5 handstand push-ups 15 toe to bar 15 butterfly sit ups 15 box jumps Repeat sets x3 Alright so there you go.
