Workout #8
Hi guys! Today was my last work out before my race this weekend. It's a Spartan super which will be 8+ miles and 25+ obstacles. Today we did lots of stretching, foam rolling and some upper body exercises. This weekend will be the first time I've run in weeks. So I'm a little nervous about that. But we'll see how it goes. So today is gonna be a complete ab workout with a little bit of cardio. Here it is:
- 400 meter run/row
- 50 sit ups
- 400 meter/row
- 50 leg raises
- 400 meter/row
- 50 butterfly sit ups
- 400 meter/row
- 50 second plank
- 400 meter run/row
- 50 side pulse plank (25 each side)
- 400 meter run/row
- 50 crunches
- 400 meter run/row
- 50 mountain climbers
