Hi guys! So normally I try to take the weekends off. I usually go pretty hard during the week. I make sure I get at least 5 days of working out in. My current schedule right now is: Mondays- AM-my personal workout, PM physical therapy Tuesday- Get killed by my personal trainer Wednesday- AM- my personal workout, PM physical therapy Thursday- AM-my personal workout, PM occasional bouldering Friday- I take a fitness class at my gym Saturday and Sunday are rest days for me unless I have a race If I have a race for the weekend I usually have one hard workout on Monday, the week of the race, and then taper off on the Wednesday before the race. Sometimes I take off on Tuesday if I'm preparing for a longer race. Its very important to get rested up in time and not overdo it before your race. So.. today, relax, rest, stretch, foam roll.
